How to use baby emoji
There are actually two distinct ways to use the baby emoji. The first way is when you are actually talking about babies, either your own or another persons. A good way to use this emoji therefore is to use it when you have just received news that you or someone else is expecting. Drop this in a message with some accompanying text and you have a recipe for hype on your hands. Example: guess what I'm expecting πΆ
The second way to use the baby symbol emoji? When you want to throw some serious shade in someoneβs direction. Sending a baby could suggest that the recipient is being whiny or just downright childish. An example of such a message would be: stop acting like such a big πΆ
History of the πΆ emoji
The baby emoji was added to the emoji standard in 2015 as part of the Emoji 1.0 update. In the very same update, skin tone modifiers were also added; allowing users to change the skin colour of the baby.
